Standing in line online was launched in 2018. This unique feature of the beauty industry allows our guests to stand in line virtually and spend their waiting time outside the salon.

ONLINE QUEUING STEP BY STEP

Click on QUEUE ONLINE! button at the bottom left corner and chose I join the queue by browser

Choose a salon.

You will get a text message (SMS) 20 minutes before your turn.

ENTER YOUR PHONE NUMBER

For the first online queuing, enter your phone number then the verifying code to join the line.

STAND IN LINE

Choose the line of the service you would like to join. (You will see the number of people waiting in front of you.) Your digital ticket allows you to keep track of the line while waiting.

NOTIFYING SMS

You will be notified by SMS before your turn.

GO TO THE SALON

You have 20 minutes to arrive at the salon.

CAN I GET AN APPOINTMENT?

Our system works without getting appointment, so it does not provide an opportunity to book an appointment. We only save you time, as the waiting time is not required to spend in the salon. You are free to spend your time as you wish.

WHEN CAN I STAND IN LINE WITH MY PHONE, WHEN IS THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Depending on the opening hours of the selected salon, until the line is full.

FOR WHAT SERVICES CAN I USE IT?

You can use the mobile queue to access all available services in the selected salon.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?

In this case we cannot guarantee that you are the next guest. Our colleagues will inform you about your options in the salon.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF THIS SERVICE?

Our mobile queuing service is completely free.

WHAT SHOULD I DO, IF I ALREADY HAVE A NUMBER, BUT I CAN NOT MAKE TO THE SALON?

In this case, please use the button on the ticket to exit the line so that you won’t occupy the space in front of the other customers.

DOES BIOHAIR PRESERVE MY PERSONAL DATA?

Your data will not be stored, the phone number will be used only on the day of notification and only for notification purposes. The given phone numbers are deleted at the end of the day.
